This Policy explains how Nabexa Dev ("Nabexa", "we") processes the personal data of people who visit the website nabexa.com.br and contact us, in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018, the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).
1. Who the data controller is
The controller of the personal data processed on this website is Nabexa Dev. For any matter related to personal data, including to reach our data protection officer (DPO), write to contato@nabexa.com.br.
2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you send us
When you fill in the "Book a meeting" form, we collect:
- name, WhatsApp number, email and company (required);
- role, interests, expected launch date, city/state and message (optional);
- the record of your consent: date and time, version of the accepted text, whether you opted in to marketing communications, the page of origin, the IP address and the browser used.
When you talk to us on WhatsApp or by email, we process the information you choose to share in the conversation.
2.2 Browsing data
We use measurement tools that do not use cookies and do not store information on your device (see the Cookies section). They produce aggregate statistics, such as pages visited, traffic source and site performance, without identifying you personally.
3. What we use the data for and on what legal basis
- Replying to your request and scheduling the meeting or sending a proposal. Legal basis: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request (art. 7, V, of the LGPD).
- Sending Nabexa news and materials by email or WhatsApp, only if you tick that option. Legal basis: consent (art. 7, I), which may be withdrawn at any time.
- Improving the website with aggregate browsing statistics and keeping it secure against spam and abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), always respecting your rights.
- Complying with legal obligations and exercising rights in legal proceedings, where applicable (art. 7, II and VI).
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
4. Who we share it with
We only share data with providers needed to run the website and reply to your contact:
- Hosting and audience measurement: Vercel Inc. (website hosting, Web Analytics and Speed Insights);
- Transactional email delivery: the email provider that delivers form messages to our team;
- Communication: WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to talk to us through that channel.
Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil. In those cases, the international transfer takes place in accordance with art. 33 of the LGPD, with providers that adopt appropriate security measures. We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.
5. How long we keep it
We keep form data for as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain the business relationship, and for up to 2 (two) years after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. Data used on the basis of consent is deleted when you withdraw it. The record of consent is kept to prove that it was given, as required by the LGPD.
6. Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may, at any time and free of charge:
- confirm whether we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
- request the portability of your data to another provider;
- request the deletion of data processed on the basis of consent and withdraw your consent;
- find out who we share your data with;
- file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

7. Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to information and providers with recognized security standards.
8. Cookies
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. Following the ANPD's Guidance on cookies, we only use non-essential cookies with your permission.
