The Digital Brochure is the project brochure online: it runs in the browser and the sales agent sends a unique link for each unit. Together, they cover the whole sales journey, from the sales center to the buyer's phone.
Does the Digital Maquette replace the physical scale model?
Yes, that is the idea. It presents the development in 3D and goes beyond what a physical model shows: floor plans, units, search filters, location and content in text, image and video, all one tap away.
Do buyers need to install an app to open the Digital Brochure?
No. It opens straight in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, from a link.
What if the project or the information changes after the launch?
Because the content is digital, it can be updated without rebuilding a physical piece: new phases, new images and new information about the development.
